High Pressure Atomizing Nozzles

Evaporator Dryer Technologies has designed a Pressure Atomizing Nozzle that withstands pressure up to 10,000 psi (700 bar). The nozzle design specifically addresses fire safety concerns. The housing design prevents product from dripping into a dryer air disperser or chamber, thus reducing the risk of fire.

Atomizing zone flexible connections allow for fast production changeovers and easy, manageable feed nozzle change out. Eliminate hard piped atomizing feed connections, reduce changeover time, and the repetitive maintenance of removing and repositioning hard piped connections.

  • Sanitary flexible hoses
  • EDT new quick connect fittings
  • Feed nozzle lances with optional air cooling.
